FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
For those renovating or building a home from the ground up, LANDED AT HOME would love to help! With this service, our team works with you to curate a timeless interior that reflects your personality, style, and how you envision living in your space. We specify from our diverse resource list of trade only vendors and partner with experienced tradespeople to execute all the details of your design. You can trust us to manage your project from concept through to completion so you can sit back and enjoy the process.
PROCESS
PHASE ONE | DISCOVERY
Once you complete the inquiry form, we will schedule a call to go through the details of your project. Together, we will review the scope of work, establish budgets and discuss timelines to best prepare for your project.

PHASE TWO | CONCEPT
Once the design agreement has been signed, we will get to work! Our goal is to develop a timeless space that is tailored to you and your needs. We begin by creating a mood board for your project, which include inspiration images, material concepts, sketches and an initial space plan.

PHASE THREE | DESIGN
This is when the design begins to take shape. With budget and lead time in mind, we source unique furniture, fixtures and finishes for your project and they are presented to you for sign off. Then, we develop detailed drawings as needed for construction and implementation.

PHASE FOUR | PROCUREMENT
Once the design plan is completely approved and the deposits are received, we begin to order, process, receive, inspect, and store each item in preparation for install day. There are a lot of moving parts during this process so we utilize a unique specification software to help track all of the parts and pieces and keep the project running smoothly.

PHASE FIVE | INSTALLATION
Finally, the design becomes a reality on install day! We partner with our preferred white glove professionals to deliver and install every piece with care. LANDED AT HOME then layers in the finishing touches, leaving you with a perfectly curated space for you to enjoy.
SELECTIONS PACKAGE
Building a custom home can be intimidating, as there are hundreds of decisions that need to be made. When you partner with LANDED AT HOME you can relax and trust our team do all of the heaving lifting! We develop a digital spec book that is provided to you, as well as your builder so they can order and implement the developed design. This package includes but is not limited to, exterior selections, flooring and tile materials and details, cabinet layouts, countertop materials, appliance selections, plumbing fixtures, interior paint and wall coverings, door styles and trim packages, and lighting fixtures. Our goal is to provide a seamless transfer of communication from the client to the builder, to bring your vision to life.
FURNITURE & DECOR
From furniture and finishes, to art and accessories, we can help you with every aspect of designing and styling your space. After an in depth discovery meeting, our team thoughtfully plans a design around you, for your needs and your vision. We love to incorporate existing client pieces but are also able to work from a blank slate. This service is for clients that do not need any contractor work.

BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS
We partner with builders and developers to assist with floor plan development, finish selections, and fixture specifications for new builds and large scale renovations. We can work with your preferred vendors or from our diverse resource list. With a major focus on the project budget and timeline, our team designs a one of a kind property for your dream clientele.

We also design and furnish rental properties, such as Airbnb and VRBO. We have worked on projects throughout the US and have the capability to do this service remotely with minimal site visits. Reach out today to see a few of our completed properties!
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
This service is ideal if you are looking for a designer touch, but are happy to manage the project on your own. Whether you would like to review floor plans, talk through a design challenge, or simply want help sourcing items for your space, this one hour virtual consultation can be used however you wish. Not enough time? This service can be purchased as an ongoing appointment throughout the duration of your project. A detailed recap tailored to your project will be emailed to you following the consultation, including any drawings, contacts, or retailers discussed during the meeting.
